We offer both Ground and Express shipping through USPS. The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping service selected. Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery times, actual shipping duration may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays. If you do not receive your order within 8 business days for Standard Ground or by the promised date for Expedited shipping options, don't hesitate to contact us for support.

• Timeframe: You’ve got a whole month (30 days to be exact) from the day your order lands on your doorstep to decide if it’s a keeper or just a "meh." No rush, no fuss—just pure, unadulterated fashion freedom. Time flies when you’re slaying, but make sure you return your items within 30 days of purchase, or we’ll have to say, “Sorry, too late.”
• Condition Check: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Just like when you first laid eyes on it, it needs to be in that same unworn state when it come back to us. For hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear cannot be returned.

• Box It Up: Return your item in the original packaging with all tags attached. Handle with care—damaged returns might not be accepted.
• Ship It Back: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Use a tracked shipping method to send your return to:

• Refunds: Once we receive your return, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
• Exchanges: At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. Please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.
• Store Credit: You can also opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is instant and can be used immediately.

• Regular Priced Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. Please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.
• Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Items that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
• Sale Items: We only refund regular-priced items—sale pieces are final sale, sorry! Items received after this time might only be eligible for store credit. Note that return shipping costs are on you and non-refundable, so be sure to use a tracked shipping method to avoid any mishaps. It also needs to be in its original packaging, because presentation matters, right?
• Faulty Items: Items are classified as faulty if they are damaged upon arrival or if a manufacturing defect is identified within 30 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear or damage from improper care is not considered a manufacturing fault.
• Color Accuracy: Every effort has been made to ensure the colors of each product are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer models and screens may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color is completely accurate.
• Customs Duties & Taxes: We don’t refund customs duties, international sales tax, or shipping costs.
